A few videos may render fuzzy from time to time. Not sure why this is happening as they were clear on my computer. Once I uploaded them, YouTube seems to have messed them up! (Only the image will be fuzzy, the audio should be clear.)

General Tips on Reporting Technical Problems
To help me help you solve the problem quicker, kindly send me:
If you try to log in with the credentials, and it’s not working, submit a password reminder. You can do this via a link under the login. It will send you an email to reset your password. For those who have had this issue, they have found this to be the solution.
Ensure you are copy pasting only the characters you need for the login name or password (remember spaces count) If your password doesn’t work, submit password change under the login box
Ensure you are already logged in. If you are logged in, the link in the email will take you directly to the forum post.
If you aren’t logged in, the link will take you to the login page, then after log in, you will be directed to the dashboard, from which ace you can click on the forum post under the forum section
Login on Chrome using your entire email ID and password. On the Dashboard under the course module in the bottom middle, click on your course. That will take you directly to the course landing page. Scroll down to see all the content in the order you should attend it. If that doesn’t work, click on Course PPT/Material to the right to access the material here. It may or may not be in the correct order on this page.
When clicking on course content links from the course landing page, in some cases you may get logged out (especially on Safari or Chrome) or booted back to the dashboard (Edge browser). An easy solution is to go back into your course and click on the COURSE PPT link on the right side. All the content is listed there (though it may not be listed in the order you should consume it). Scroll below the image below for video tutorials.
Log into Aspire, on the course landing page, find the name of the course for which the certificate was generated.
On the course landing page, you will see a green button on the bottom right that says “Download Certificate.” This will be available for the life of your account.
