Litmus7 specializes in stabilizing, scaling and transforming omni-channel eCommerce systems. While Litmus7 is headquartered in Infopark, Kochi, there are two other offices in India (Technopark, Trivandrum and Bangalore), one in the U.K., and two in the U.S. (California and Texas).

While Jennifer Kumar, the Managing Director of Authentic Journeys has been in touch with Venu Gopalakrishnan the CEO of Litmus7 since 2012, 2015 was the winning year for us to work together.

Team Building Training at Litmus7

Authentic Journeys provided two series of sessions to teams at Litmus7. In April and May, Sarah Roost, the intern at Litmus7 presented the Team Building training to team leads and other key people in the company (pictured, right). Later in 2015, Jennifer Kumar provided several weeks o orientation (induction) to freshers and seasoned employees on the topics of Working with Americans on Virtual Teams and Conflict Resolution. It was indeed a wonderful experience to interact and get to know the team members over a period of time. In fact, as the sessions expaded over the Onam holidays, I also had the pleasure of attending the Onam celebrations, watching cultural programs and sharing a delicious Onasadya (Onam feast) with the team.
