Anandi Merchant
Anandi was born and raised in Mumbai, India and has been living in the USA for over 2 decades. She holds a Bachelors’ from Mumbai University and a Masters’ from SUNY, Binghamton. During her Masters’, she taught statistical programming to undergraduate engineering students. As a programming major, she started making websites for small businesses and helping them with their marketing needs. She is committed to level the playing field for small businesses using digital technologies in this rapidly changing business landscape. She enjoys volunteering and has been awarded the President’s Volunteer Service award for her work at the Stony Brook hospital. Annelise Piers
Annelise Piers traded in her corporate suits for yoga pants and now armed with over 12 years of corporate coaching experience, promotes wellness programs at the workplace. Using a blend of Yoga, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Metaphors of Movement, she works with groups of leaders and teams, including their foreign clients and colleagues, empowering them with the tools for self-care and mindfulness.

Chris Sufi
Having lived and grown up in different parts of India, Sufi brings in a mature outlook of life and experiences around her. She is also a keen observer of people, cultures, and behavior.
Equipped with a Masters in English Literature, Sufi pursues her passion for writing as a technical communicator; she coaches and mentors people towards improving their English language skills. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Tamil.

Cristina Canas Delgado
Cristina Canas Delgado, originally from Spain has lived in her native country and the U.K. before moving to India in 2010 after marrying cross-culturally. Cristina works as a Spanish facilitator in an International School in Bangalore as a Middle Years Program (MYP), International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE – Cambridge program) and IBDP (International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme).
Having a bachelor’s degree in English Philology and a master’s degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language from Spain and English courses completed in the U.K. and in the U.S.A., she is fluent in both languages.
Cristina enjoys traveling, reading and writing in her free time.

Jennifer Tam
Jennifer Tam was working in India as a microfinance clean energy fellow implementing clean energy programs in Kerala and Uttar Pradesh.
She now resides in the US and works for the City of Seattle as a Restaurant Advocate helping people navigate through the requirements and regulations when opening or expanding a restaurant or mobile food business in Seattle. Jennifer has a BA in International Business and an MBA in Sustainable Business. She is committed to helping small businesses thrive and connecting entrepreneurs to resources to help their businesses start and grow.

Luis Gonzáles is a global communications consultant, coach, and facilitator, with more than 15 years experience in helping improve business outcomes for global organizations via training and coaching. MN Krish
Krish is an expert in decision science and predictive analytics who has had a truly global career spanning India, US and Southeast Asia. Krish is also a novelist. His work is acclaimed for its unique exploration of bleeding-edge technologies and cross-cultural exchanges which define and shape the 21st century. Preethi Kannath
Indian by birth, Preethi spent her first 18 years in Kuwait. She returned to India to pursue her higher studies and hoped to set base there. But in less than 10 years, Preethi had packed and left for the US. She is an Instructional Designer and a Corporate Trainer by discipline; a cook and a blogger by choice; a photographer and a science buff by compulsion. She is fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi. She can stumble by in French, Arabic, and Tamil.

Preethi has edited blogs and taken the lead on instructional design on several of our programs in addition to editing the materials and facilitating coaching for several clients. She has also written an awesome blog on Mardi Gras for your reading pleasure!
